Eye Design Optics Intl App
Data Collection and Storage
The Eye Design Optics Intl app collects personal data via
customers inputting their data into their account. The data is used in order to
create a smooth checkout process for our customers and for marketing purposes.
A user can easily contact us via info@eyedesignoptics.com in order for us to
delete all of their data. Any third parties with which we share our customer
data also follow the same guidelines and provide the same protection of our
users.
Data Use and Sharing
TWe will not use, transmit or share personal data without
obtaining permission. We will always provide access to stored data and how data
is used. We will only share data with third parties in order to improve the app
or serve advertising. We will never contact customers using information
collected via a users contacts or photos. Any data we collect from our facial
mapping tool will not be used for marketing, advertising or use-based data
mining including by third parties. Data acquired via Apple Pay will only be
shared with third parties to facilitate or improve delivery of goods and
services.
Health and Health Research
We will never use or disclose to third parties data gathered
with regards to eyecare records, including prescriptions, for advertising,
marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes other than improving health
management. We will never store personal medical information on the cloud.
